Return Refund Policy

Most of our offerings are Print on Demand, others are drop ship. This means that we will print your product specially for you after you have ordered it.

Our satisfaction guarantee is for your peace of mind. This means that we will promptly issue refunds or replacements for orders that are defective in any way, undelivered, or if the wrong item is shipped.

If a return or exchange is requested pursuant to these guidelines, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. The complaint must be accompanied by full and clear evidence as detailed below:

- Photo(s) of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received;

- Photo(s) of the incorrect item received (in case the item delivered is incorrect in terms of color/design/size compared to the order confirmation);

- Photo(s) of the size label and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of size is inconsistent with measurements stipulated in the size chart);

- Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.

You are responsible for returning the item to our returns center.

No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes customers ordering the wrong size, style, or color.

We ship our products by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other major carriers. We do not accept any responsibility for any delays that occur after a shipment has been collected from us by the carrier, as shipping delays are completely out of our control. All our shipping expectations and guidelines are based on normal shipping times issued publicly by the carriers.

No refunds will be given for any delayed deliveries that are the result of delays in the shipping process.

In the event that an item is sold out after you have paid, we will promptly refund the amount for this item to you. If the sold-out item is part of a larger order, the refund for the sold-out item will not affect any other items in your order. These orders will be processed and shipped as normal.

It is not possible to cancel any orders after they have been placed.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
